Kai Kight doesn't have a typical career path.
He began learning violin at just three years old. Because of his incredible talent and dedication, he went on to perform all over the world in places like the White House and the Great Wall of China.
Then, he decided to pivot.
He earned an engineering degree from Stanford University's d.school, where he was entrenched in the entrepreneurship community of Silicon Valley.
Today, he's used these diverse experiences to build a new career: teaching people at top companies like Disney and Coca-Cola how to become better leaders and managers.
On this episode of The Growth Show, we sit down with Kai to learn his secrets to becoming an insanely honest leader, building (and sticking to) healthy habits, and growing a career around your passions.
